Hiring

The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the optimum utilization of staff, vehicles and sorting equipment to meet peak demand—scheduling daily delivery routes and shifts for drivers and sorters, allocating delivery vans and handling machinery efficiently, and overseeing the end-to-end movement of parcels from pickup through transit storage to final delivery. They will review vehicle space utilization, staffing efficiency and fuel and distribution costs to shape future distribution policies, and schedule and supervise regular maintenance of all delivery vehicles and equipment to minimize service disruption. Additionally, the candidate will ensure full compliance with statutory transport regulations—monitoring drivers’ hours and rest breaks, verifying that all vehicles and personnel hold the appropriate licences and insurance, and conducting routine safety inspections—while liaising with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders to uphold operational safety and efficiency.
